Meet Daniel Salem, DMD

Dr. Daniel Salem is a caring and dedicated clinician who became inspired to pursue dentistry through his personal experience while receiving an emergency treatment from his family dentist in his hometown of New Haven, CT. Dr. Salem first arrived in Massachusetts to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he earned his DMD. Dr. Salem continued to complete a General Practice Residency at Harvard University and the VA Hospital, where he advanced his training in endodontics as well as surgical and prosthetic dental procedures.

After his residency, Dr. Salem practiced as a general dentist in Brookline, MA before deciding to pursue his primary interest in endodontics at Boston University. Dr. Salem values endodontics for its unique ability to relieve patients from severe dental pain and preserve teeth that might otherwise be lost. His prior experience as a general dentist provides him with a comprehensive understanding of restorative needs, allowing him to approach endodontic care with a focus on maximizing long-term success. He views dentistry as a science and an art, which he seeks to deliver to his patients at the highest level.

He is excited to continue to lead Endodontic Health as a private owned modern practice focused on excellent patient care. His deep appreciation for endodontic expertise and serving the healthcare needs of his community drive his interest in creating a practice that is on the forefront of its specialty. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Salem enjoys sailing on the Charles River, hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
